The Manager of Strategy will work closely with our leadership team to shape the overall strategic direction for WellNovation. Key responsibilities will include setting strategic objectives, developing execution plans, undertaking market analyses, conducting due diligence on potential innnovations, developing reports and presentations, and building the WellNovation pipeline. The Manager of Strategy must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Applicants should possess an MBA and/or 4+ years of management consulting experience, along with demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry.
The Manager of Health Information Technology will be responsible for developing and executing WellNovation’s HIT strategy as it relates to our portfolio companies. Key responsibilities will include understanding the HIT requirements of our current and future portfolio of healthcare technologies, evaluating potential IT systems or solutions, developing the implementation plan for selected systems or solutions, and ensuring compatibility and consistency across all portfolio technologies. The Manager of Health Information Technology must be able to see the big picture while understanding the details, possess the ability to clearly explain all things HIT to the layperson, and be comfortable working independently.
Applicants should possess an MIS (or similar) and/or 4+ years of information technology experience, along with demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry.
The Manager of Clinical Operations will work collaboratively with the Director of Clinical Operations to translate our portfolio of innnovations into practice. Key responsibilities will include assessing the operational requirements of WellNovation’s current and future portfolio of healthcare technologies, including supply chains, manpower plans, patient pathways, and KPIs. The Manager of Clinical Operations must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and determination.
Applicants should possess an MHA, MPH, MSc Med, MSN, or MD (or similar) and/or 4+ years of healthcare operations experience.
The Manager of Clinical Sciences will work collaboratively with the Director of Clinical Sciences to evaluate potential healthcare innnovations and technologies for inclusion in the WellNovation portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of the key trends in health innnovation, scanning the market for potential portfolio technologies, conducting scientific due diligence on target technologies, and assisting the Clinical Operations team translate these innnovations into practice. The Manager of Clinical Sciences must be able to see the big picture while understanding the details, possess the ability to clearly explain new healthcare technologies and innnovations to the layperson, and be comfortable working in a business environment.
Applicants should possess an MS Biochemistry, MS Molecular Biology, MS Genetics, MSc Med, or MD (or similar) and/or 4+ years of related work experience.
